My first car purchase was with Charles and he has been supportive and proactive. I appreciate that he goes above and beyond and I know at the end of the day he is always looking to make me a deal and look out for my well-being and not just a sale. When I contacted Charles about replacing my sunroof after a rock shattered it, he looked at not only the cost of the repair but where I was at in my payments and everything and looked for any savings for me. With the current market, everything is competitive and I felt confident that Charles would act on behalf to ensure that I received the vehicle I wanted and would be over the moon about. I cannot speak highly enough about Charles and the dealership.
Just wanted to share my experience with the parts department. Frankie Bautista was knowledgeable of the product I was looking for. He made it easy to go through the process and treated my family with respect and cared enough to engage and connect. He went above and beyond his position to make sure we were his number one priority. We traveled 2 hours to get here and he emphasized our business was appreciated.
Charles wanted to find me a car, I actually think he could see what we wanted with out me explaining what it was. This salesman is a rare guy, he wants to find a car that fits your needs. It was a great experience with your dealership. I pick the car up in 3 days, I’m sure it’ll be as great of an experience as the purchase.
Honestly when I first showed up I didn’t know what to except (yes first time buying a car) I contacted one of the salesman (Angel Aride) from this dealership before showing up. When I met this man he was very welcoming he showed me around the lot and see what they got in stock, he was very professional with his job, there was no pressure on buying a car if I don’t want too, he explained to me step by step on what to except, it was very clear to follow. He helped me with paperwork for the car, it felt really nice that I was getting the help I need to find the first perfect car for me at least. None the less the this dealership is very welcoming.
